I once worked a boring job during the day, and spent my nights and weekends cooking on the steep slopes of the Judean Hills. After some time I spent in Los Angeles and Berkeley, CA, I now live back in Israel and went back to my boring day job. I’m raising two toddlers with sophisticated palettes, and I miss the serenity of living in California.
I day dream about eating meatballs directly from the skillet with Haim Cohen, tasting ceviche with Hila Alpert, traveling through Europe with Ina Garten and have a girls night out with Nigella Lawson.
A note about the language: at this point, my blog is in Hebrew. Most of my recipes will translate easily using Google Translate, but if you happen to come across something unclear, do not hesitate to leave a comment or drop me a line and I will be happy to translate it for you.
